• Dr. S. Maneemegalai, Head, Department of BioChemistry organized a National Conference on “Phytochemicals in Medicinal Plants and Food” (MEDFOOD’18) sponsored by University Grants Commission, New Delhi and Tamil Nadu State Council for Higher Education in 2018.
• Dr. T. V. Sumathi, Asst. Professor, Department of Tamil conducted the seminar on the topic Sanga Ilakkiyathil Alabedai Chorkkal with the support of Central Institute of Classical Tamil – Rs.40,000 in 2018.
• Dr. K. Kalaichelvi, Head, Department of Commerce had conducted one week National level training programme on Career Guidance and Counselling from 15th – 19th March 2017 sponsored by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Sriperumpudur.
• Dr. K. Kalaichelvi, Head, Department of Commerce had conducted National level competition on Legal Awareness on 11th October 2017 sponsored by National Commission for Women, New Delhi. 
• Dr. E. Ilampirai, Head, Department of Business Administration organized one day motivation campaign on Promotion of Youth Entrepreneurship with the support of IECD, Bharathidasan University, Trichirappalli- Rs.10,000 benefitting 100 final year UG students in 2017.
• Dr. K. R. Sarala, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Tamil conducted the seminar on the topic Linguistics and Tholkappiyam  with the support of Sampon Educational Foundation, Gingee  – Rs.30,000 in 2016.
• Dr. K. R. Sarala, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Tamil conducted the seminar on the topic Tholkappiyathil Palthurai Kodpadugal with the support of Central Institute of Classical Tamil – Rs.2,50,000 in 2014.
• Dr. S. Maneemegalai, Head, Department of BioChemistry organized a National Conference on “Phytochemicals in Medicinal Plants and Food” (PHYMED’15) sponsored by Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology and Bioelixir in 2015.
• Dr. A. Sivagami, Head, Department of Social Work received Grant (Rs.50,000/-) from Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology, Chennai for conducting 4 days workshop on Sanitary Making Training to SHGs  under Dissemination of Innovative Technology during 2013-14.
• Dr. A. Sivagami, Head, Department of Social Work acted as Coordinator for conducting one day awareness programme on Entrepreneurship Development  with the support of Institute of Entrepreneurship and Curriculum Development, Bharathidasan University, Rs.10,000/- during 2011-12.
